Sometimes it's the bags but it could also be a pipe rubbing through and the plastic valve bodies are sometimes prone to cracking, spray with soapy water...

Try checking your bottom pulley, they are two piece bonded together and when they start to delaminate they start knocking.

3 + 1 on the inlet side,(48 & 47), 1 in the back of the head plus the screw in plug behind the exhaust (21 & 23), not sure where else .

It's fooked , needs a new 1/2 chassis.

You also need to check the red plug on your ECU for oil contamination via the injector harness which is a very common problem.

I just used a soldering iron to weld mine back together.

I would check your bottom crankshaft pulley, they are a harmonic balancer type pulley and this happens when they start to separate.
