update on fault.. removed and cleaned caliper, found disc not fitted with retaining bolt (will sort tomorrow.) cleaned caliper and pushed pistons back , refitted and tested brakes.. spot on now.. but found the pad on the piston side scored and disc marked, like the pad wasn't pressing on...

what would i need to sort it? is there a repair kit or full caliper? ps thanks :D

ignore the numbers that Hawkeye give for the sensor height reading, they are just a referance point for the ecu to read. once ride height set and calibrated the ecu will store the senor reading and return the height to them as needed. (i wrongly presumed the number should be a set figure too...

mine is a 1999 on a T plate. GS model with 7 seat and air suspention, which i converted from springs back to air, and well worth it :D the bits are easy to upgrade to a higher spec, loads on ebay.. and cos it's pre 2001 cheaper road tax :D

i would think checking the head light loom. if real there wouldn't be any joints, if done retro, there would be a joint in the wireing harness. i'm sure this is right, if not we'll soon know :D

things to check:- 1/ all the plugs are pluged back in? 2/ any wires pushed out of the plugs? 3/ replace all the bulbs. (these can blow if disturbed)
