That's the one. It's the thingy that is also replaced, when changing the thermostat doesn't stop the engine temp going to warm, then dropping immediately to cold, . Second thingy is the OEM name 😉😄

What about the second thingy? I can't find my receipt to find out what it's called but I just had the 'thermostat' changed because mine would heat up then drop right down. They changed the thermostat that was the usual suspect, with no joy. So changed the other thingy too. That did the trick...
