    I paid £10 for a roaming package with EE a couple of weeks ago as an add on to my usual contract. It lasts a month. Covers Europe and USA, Canada etc. There's a lot of other packages available, I just ended up 'phoning them and chose that one.

    Very sorry to hear that. Stolen parts are often sold on on-line or at auto jumbles or shipped abroad. It is worth looking out on internet selling sites. Telling as many people as you can via LR forums is helpful - the area it happened in and when, so other owners can be extra vigilant...

    As others have said, level of rot between the 2 would be the most important, but petrol over diesel anytime for me, I sold my Defender td5 and bought a 2a to move away from diesel. Series 2s are generally worth more than 3s when in similar condition. Remember you can always change roofs etc. too.
