Got the same battery. Can't go wrong at the price and warranty....

Quick update, Ran the car as normal today and have let it cool down. Just checked the coolant level and all is well..... So maybe it was the coolant finding it's level....

Yep. Worked for me. But like Will says, make sure it's brand new and at least 95Ah.

Also make sure the battery is not knackered. I had the same code (as well as many other mysterious codes) come up on mine a few weeks ago. Replaced the battery and everything has gone back to normal since.

Cheers Rob, Have topped it up and will keep an eye on it over next few days like you suggest. I hope it's just a coolant level finding thing rather than something more sinister....

Update on the situation so far... Let the engine cool down. Opened the expansion tank cap and have topped up about 1 and half litre of coolant. So my question is, where has the coolant gone? No obvious signs of leakage anywhere.

On way home from office this afternoon and I got the dreaded "Check Coolant Level" warning. Scared the crap out of me as this was the same warning I got last week before hose at the rear of the car split and deposited coolant all over the road! Luckily I was near home so managed to get it onto...

Right...that makes sense now... Will you keep us posted as to the non-standard stat, in terms of availability and effectiveness? That would be helpful if Anyone has a similar problem in the future.

Hi Stuart, Glad you got it sorted. Have you any pictures or the like, for where the coolant manifold gasket is located? And do you reckon thus could be a DIY job for us fellow L322 owners?

Damn man...that's not good! Hmmm...I'm thinking it may be a good idea to carry a spare stat and coolant... In fact it may be a good idea to convert the boot area into a spares section!😜 What was it you were saying Saint? "..point and laugh as we share your misery!" 😜
