i get 400 miles full to ligth on my manual td5 but i drive at 70 ish on the motorways and amy pretty pleased with it as its a breeze block on wheels. Also regualr maint is key mine has full oil change every 6000 miles and full service including fuel filter every 12K.

have you checked that your reversin g light sensor has not gone. As the only way the system is active is if you are in reverse and that meant that either the reverse sensor is faulty and your reversing lights would be on or that you are actualiung in reverse.

No issues with mot from decat and remvoing the egr.

Look at it this way what does an engine need for power, performance and trorque lots and lots of clean cold air to mix with fuel. What does the EGR do put lots and lots of low oxygen, dirty hot air into your inlet manifold, its a no brainer its only there to please the men in suits that...

I have general grabber at2 in 255 55 18 and they are great on and off road, no noise issues no problems in the wet and great in mud and snow.

I have an 04 td5 with 76k on the clock serviced fully every 6k miles and still only get around 25 mainly long ish journeys 30 miles at a time at 70 mph and a little town driving but only maybe 20% in miles terms.

I owuld say check the injector o rings and washers and also the air bleed vale in the fuel filter housing sitting at the wheel its the left hand side front pipe in there £11 from landrover for the part.

I have the same on mine can turn the wheel 5 or 6 cm's i have replaced all the ball joints as they were shot anway, i guessed it was just UJ play.

If you look at the wiring diagrams for the the high line stero there in a telephone line inputs on the yellow plug. Problem is if i connect the phone kit directly to the speaker its too loud via the amp.

Anyone know how to get teh telephone input working for the high line stero, i have connected up telephone mute and the telephone line in + and - but no sound from the phone kit any ideas? Do i need to enable something?

Thanks all managed it now after seeingthe photos i knocked up a pair form some ally i had lying around.

Its a highline stero so has slits instead of round holes

Come on guys have a good laugh at my expense how the hell do you get the radio out of a D2, went to landrover apparently thye do not sell the keys for there radios, went to halfords and bought a standard set and neither will shift the thing, what am i missing?
