The Idle Is Up And Down Like A Yo Yo And It Just Stall Wen You Pull Away

got a discovery 2 1999 4.0 v8 its idle is up and down like a yo yo and you can hardly pull away really need some help on this one

hamerite what i used clean it all off with a wire brush on a grinder is the best and then slap it on nice and thick works like a treat mine been on for a year had the pressure washer on it the lot and looks as it first did
