i see, no relay! i unplugged them all assuming i would get lucky. ok i will have a closer look at the wiring. they are getting power from somewhere and its really frustrating. big learning curve coming up i think! dont want to put it in somewhere tho, want to sort it with a little (lot) of...

also just wondered...if the wiring was damaged where you say behind the headlight, where would it get the power from to light all the sidelights.

ok thanks landyloony. i will have a wee look behind the headlight. but the sidelights are getting power from somewhere even with the switch diconnected at the stalk and relay out. i have the whole dash off at the moment...a bit extreem but i cannot see any damaged loom.

hello all, great site. cracking fun these defenders, mines being a 1999 td5 90 got a problem, can anyone shed some light? side lights remain on. have checked the forum for the same problem but have had no luck with the suggested actions. only disconnecting the battery works. there is no dim/dip...
