Just noticed tonight that my brake lights aren't working on my disco 2, I've checked the fuse and thats ok. I did change the disc's and pads all round a week ago. Anyone have any idea's?

Just a thought, the battery I tried is 570 amp would this be powerful enough??

Well I tried all of the above and even a new battery to see if that would make a difference and no it didnt so its at my local landy mechanic who will plug it in on monday so fingers crossed its not to expensive to put right :-(

The only place open was my local halfruds to to get a battery could it also be possible that its not a powerful enoughh battery as ive had one from them before in a defender and it wouldnt even start it??

It wouldn't or at least shouldnt have got that wet as the flood was only about 6 inches deep and I didnt hurry through it.

Disco 2 v8 driving along in a bit of a flood tonight and the whole vehicle died and the M & S lights are now flashing and the Disco wont start. I thought it to be the battery so I got a new one and no luck. Please can anyone help.

Checked out the RR and all looks good, however it has only got the brackets and electrics but no tow bar the chap says he lost it ages ago as he doesnt tow but I do. He says its the swan neck bar, are all these bars the same or are they different?

I had a similar problem and it turned out I just needed to get my wheels balanced.

Abs is working.

I'm not so sure that's the problem as the hill decent is the only light on and I haven't had the 3 chimmes.

The hill decent light on my D2 auto has come on and won't go out, has anyone any ideas as to what the problem may be?
