when solid, is it worth taking the slave off and seeing if the fork is jammed manually? maybe it's about to fail?

try and isolate the issue. pull the fuel pipe from the pump and stick another bit of pipe on it that leads to a fresh jerry can of fuel on your passengers floor (private land ofc) if it still doesn't work then the tank/hoses are probably fine and it's further up and try some derv in the jerry...
