    waterless is thicker than water, you need a good pump and flow around the engine. it's a bit pointless on normal cars imo

    older ep90 casings only have the drain, so you can't do it easily with newer casings with a single fill

    look at the ducting to the heater box, it's only a bit of sponge or foam and not very air tight, it's probably sucking in under bonnet fumes. if so, get your engine running and stick your hooter under the good and start looking for diesel leaks. you shouldn't smell diesel from an exhaust.

    you aren't being clear about what's rusty. is it the pulley or is it the bearings? and which pulley are you on about? 'got rid of rust from pulley bearings' almost sounds like he reused the bearing after giving it a clean and lube.

    pulley bearings? is it the pulley being rusty or the bearings being shot? if it's bothering you so much, then replace the pulley, bearing and belt :)
