think i was up in the 80's with a 110 rear drums you got drums? they can be a bit fiddly to setup correctly. a 4 way brake tester would tell you what's going on at each wheel

can't really see them.. they not from the alt/dynamo.. is it still a 2.25 in it?

i'd turn it over by hand a few times to make sure it's alright and not tight obvs after changing/checking oil and other fluids.
