    Iv done mine every year along with the engine oil and I don't do 5k in it my old mini turbo I do every 3 k because it's as it's a forged engine and and has to go the gears all in one

    Fair enough Contaminated oil then :-/ makes u wonder how oftern is oftern enough. everyone changes engine oil every year/xmiles or 6 monts depending on use but forgets about gear oil

    Yer problem with them is there a bit Unique no realway of upgrading the bulkrings( unless u no something I done ) :-) as for the laysshalft is there upgrade options for them ?

    hum yer i see my concern with that would be... what effect that would have on its position on the main shalft and the next component 1st gear is it going to space it out down the shaft making the whole assembly offset ( havent got one in front of me to see)

    N206 Premium Roller Bearing Cylindrical Light Series N 30x62x16mm might be of interest its the same pn OD is 62mm (just realized u had it in ur post :( )

    think we need to be bang on if its two tight it will cause the bearing to bind and fail (or crack casing) if its two loose it will flop about even minor issue and we will have carnage

    looks like there would be a good couple of mm increase in size possible so long as the OD of the new bearing does not excede the oil pickup OD should work. once i have my box stripped il measure up unless u got a vernier to hand and can measure both on ur stripped box?

    good thinking from that and the info on the site with pics of bearings number of races should be able to work out what they are or be able to find something that will do the same job
