    her bulkhead looks strange, did the previous owner weld a a thin plate of metal over the air vents and surround area??

    it would be very expensive on rego and fuel, if you want to run a v8 many americans have put v8's into landrovers i'll see if i can find some links for you anyway.

    well i did a search and apprantly i think they have some sort of mot annaully, im not 100% certain though but apprantly you need to have the vehicle registered and only need complusory third party insurance only.

    wow those parabolics sure makes the vehicle a lot more capable, just look at the flex, as for the pipe work, i think that is ok there.

    i think it may have to be moved forward so the rear prop shaft will fit in, or the gearbox mounts will fit on the existing gearbox cross member, i think that changing stuff on a landrover if you are new to landrovers and have not much experience, it can be very hard to do, modding a landrover...

    still good, they are not that loud from inside the vehicle, and the bonnet is shut so that makes a big difference

    umm now your going into uncharted territory well not exactly, i would use the non-synchro crash box fitted to the 2 and 2a, the 3 synchro box im not a fan of, but a 200tdi box would be a better box then the series3, try to keep it simple id suggest mate

    sounds like you have a little carbon build up on the head and piston crowns which is very common in a old rover. if you really want to you can get a upper cylinder lubricant and have a look on the label it should have written use in cars as a lead substitute. i agree
