Mine were in similar but better condition that that. Even with heat, pen fluid one turn of the spanner the head rounded off. Cut the ball off and replace or get a new axle case. In my case a full axle swap was considerably quicker.

Modified ITG so it actually has a proper seal. Can't believe ITG let them leave the factory like this. Just doesn't seal against the airbox. Somehow Terrafirma and the other cheap brands get it right 🫠 Changed the EGR/Inlet Gasket + RTV. No more boost leak! Smokes reduced. So that's far better.

Variable geometry turbo. Basically acts like a small turbo at low rpm. Then vanes open at higher rpm and acts like a larger turbo.

Get the britpart sachets. They have a plastic spout make filling 10x easier. Those flexi plastic ones just make a mess! Top tip - drop em in some warm water for 10mins, help the grease flow.

Totally. I have power, I've been in 90s and 110s with similar but less weight and it's alot. It's a need not a want.

Ive always liked the white pop! So far likeing the BFGs, certainly not worth the price tag if I where to buy again id get Falkens or Toyos. Though the BFs came to me with less than 200miles on them for less than £500 so cant complain!
