Cheers, had a quick look and theres a big discussion on the stuff, I only want to use it as a temporary measure till I fix it properly, and when fixed, I'll flush the coolant. It won't damage the engine will it?

K-SEAL you say? Just a case of sticking it in the coolant system and hoping for the best like rad weld? Think I'll have to invest once everywhere is open again then. Cheeers!

My 200tdi has a coolant leak somewhere, I'm pretty sure it's not the head gasket, I thought it was one of the heater pipes at the back of the head, I've had a look at them and took them off, no splits that I can see, stuck em back on nice and tight. Anything else it could be? The spray pattern...

Just to clarify, the pressure tester refers to testing the coolant pressure, so where all the water ways go, not the actual actual cylinders. The water pressure ain't 1000psi.

Not today, but yesterday, dents the side panel pretty bad on my D1. Grrr, new panel, bastard!

Got it done today, the blowtorch free'd it up :D then a couple of taps knocked it off. Good times!

As promised, a nice photo of the damage to see if you lot have any ideas to avoid changing the panel: Notice the side and quarter panels are held together with a screw for now! :P

How long does it take roughly then redhand to remove a panel?

This one can't be kicked out (will get pics when light), it's worst the end where the flange is which is (was) spot welded to the quarter panel, so there's now an inch or 2 gap.

Yeah I had a look there, but £500 for an ally body panel is a bit much I reckon. I may just look round scrap yards.

Just changing the drag link on my D1 was as I bent it offroad the other day, and the bloody thing won't come off. I've took the nuts off but the bolts refuse to leave the holes. I've took it off once before and it was a piece of ****. Reckon I should grind it in half and do it pull it down...
