This is from my experience on WinXP: firstly, you need a 'good idle' - green light - before you try to reset any codes. Secondly, wait for the changes to take effect - the software does get busy and doesn't communicate that very well (pretty much my only negative observation on the software)...

took the Rangie down to the dealer to look at the cause of the book symbol. Paul the tech laughed and said there were over 30 fault codes. He just cleared them and didn't charge me for the privilege. Probably felt sorry for me :D

Big Reds is worse - at least the LV is an Overfinch and the paint is just a wrap. That chrome thing is just hideous. Anyone painting a vehicle lurid pink deserves a place in a 'special' hospital.
