hi as far as i know the td4 maf sensor does not get any extra heating at switch,from what i have read it only adjusts while running to reading around 200 degrees C,im just about to list a brand new maf sensor for sale as im sure somebody will want 1,cheers tiga

best to go and get it checked at a battery spec or stick a volt meter on battery crank and see what voltage it dops down to,you should still get away with doing hard reset on battery works 90% of the time cheers tiga
