    Bugger all but did fiddle with my landlords. Got his clutch semi working. It still needs a new head gasket, exhaust gasket, coolant replace, brake flush, clutch, battery, oil and breather pipe relocated.

    Yes. Easy way is to remove uptake pipe only two screws and its at the bottom of that. Very crude filter but it does work.

    You local industrial estate will have a few. I use a company in Belfast called Kennedy and Morrison.

    Yeah rub down with solvent to remove any machine/transport grease. Often panels and things like that are covered in a fine oil to keep them fresh. Then a coat of etch primer and a base primer. So dark colour finish = dark primer and light finish = light primer. Depends how you are painting. If...

    Well in basics a diesel needs four things Fuel Air Heat Compression So you know you are getting heat air and more than likely fuel. So next set would be compression. Have you got a compression tester?
