    RRC price?

Vm's are alright the early 492's were/are gutless horrible things the 425 in the 1990-92 cars is better, the 200-300tdi being the pick of the bunch in diesel terms, quite rare though compared to the V8's. As for fuel economy with the 3.9 i'd expect 12-14 around the doors and up to 17-18 on a...

Getting Gwen the Mini to Run.

What carb has it got? Oil appearing there can only come from the rocker gasket or possibly a cracked head, it has been rebuilt by the looks it has ARP headstuds so I guess they would of done a 1/2 decent job throwing it together,

    Air to Springs

Overhauled the EAS on mine a few times, spent a small fortune on it mechanically. Youngest P38 is 23yrs old you'd have to be a bit of a dreamer to expect it to be 100% reliable. EAS makes the P38 in my opinion, part of its character.. :p

Can a 4.2 Range Rover be towed?

the front pump on an automatic is driven by the engine, this creates the line pressure for the clutch packs in the gearbox "put simply" if you tow it without the engine running you'll knacker it. Unless you put the T case in neutral don't tow it.. As for the oil disappearing, oil cooler cooler...
