That's my worry, because I've bought and fitted the engine , if it's a bodge job , I'm not spending anymore on it and will sell the truck, but if it's just not set up properly then it might be an easy fix

Right! Had a new engine fitted by a friend in his garage after a little incident in a deep ford :mad: After rebuilt Engine fitted, it pressurised the system within 2 mins, traced it to to whoever built the engine must have used an old head gasket as there was a BIG bit missing between 2cyls...

It is when previous owner didn't Clean it off after visiting Devils Pit and it sets like concrete!! Was causing overheating above 50 mph - not enough airflow, and weighed about 50 kg!!! lol

Need a radiator for my 95 300 tdi , must be cheapish and around Herts/Beds/ Essex/London Mine has lost a load of cooling fins and overheating at about 70mph Think I've found another expensive new hobby :(
