i would check air being drawn in as it gets warm pipe/diaphram may expand sealing the leak so you would be better checking when cold

thats your problem tighten before you release then you will get a peddle after a few goes mate and yes you can buy kits to assist yoy and there good but just do as i say and you will be soted in a hour ready to go

do you get a firmer peddle if you pump the peddle mate !!! have you being tightening the bleed when you release the clutch peddle ? if you have not thats your problem mate

have you bleed properly ie depress clutch open bleed /tighten bleed before you release peddle !!

does fluid come out when peddle depressed

put a tdi in but if from a disco you will have to change engine mountings also bell housing if you put disco box in then you will have to get rid of centre seat and modify abit 200/or 300tdi both good engine 2.5n/a are slow and slugish you will get bored quickly hope this helps
