hello all i'm just packing a 2ootdi prop kit for someone on here and i have come across 2 diff seals, one is for a 3 bolt flange the other for a 4 bolt flange i have part numbers MR14245 and MR14035 can someone tell me which is the 4 bolt flange please? many thanks Nick

i have the prop mate it's the only bit that not new;) the rest uj's and seal are new, thinking about it the flange ain't new;) the uj's are already fitted

i have a 200tdi prop with brand new OE (hardy spicer i think) uj's fitted and greased, 4 bolt flange and diff seal if your interested. it's all new parts exept the prop it's self, it's all ready to go. i was gonna fit it on my disco but sold it:o pm me if your interested Nick

what model is it? 200 300? if it's a 300 the sensor is on the back of the transfer box tucked at the back of the hand brake drum, the wire may be loose, just claen it up an put it back on see how you go, a replacement isn't expensive and is fairly easy to replace

you might have been ok with a td4, but if it's had the HG upgrade it may be ok lets just hope it spends less time on the back of a recovery truck than my disco did;) good luck mate and enjoy the forum

when i had my disco in the end i only used OE parts, they are quite a bit more expensive but you should only have to replace them ONCE, unlike britpart ****e that would break as you took it out the box, find a good independent parts dealer, and don't bother with paddocks or craddocks;)
