    TD5 90 ticking noise above 2200 rpm

I'd look at the exhaust manifold gasket at the back, get someone to start the engine while you have a look, very often you can see a puff od smoke, or at least you will see some smoke damage. Rob.

    Even more annoying

In my experience (plenty!) I would suggest that you've got a leaking air spring, the valve fault on Autologic will come up when for example the compressor has tripped thermally. See if you can get it into xtended ride height, then spray with soapy water on the stress points.

Injector figures are fine, I would get the cam timing checked, 10 mins work by the right guy. TD5 injectors really don't fail very often, and it's very obvious when they do.

A new head or a used one? Was it checked for true? If the pipes are connected, it should have bled itself by now. Check (carefully) for pressurisation. Good luck!

    Key fob help pls

Recently dealt with a similiar problem, it was the ECU in the end (should be cheap from a breaker). You will need a dealer to code it for you though, but anyone with Autologic or similiar can do it. Rob.

Your problem is almost certainly a failed lift pump, dealt with exactly this problem just the other day, the car will have been fine until the circuit seal was broken. ERR5057 is the part number, you will also need 2 brass pipe olives to go with it. We've never had a problem with Brittpart...
