    I used loads of washing up liquid and an awful lot of patience. I made sure that the window was in then i put the bead in with a special window bead tool not sure what it's proper name is.

    After having mine galvanised and the hastle I had, if I had to do it again I would not galvanise them at all. I would make sure that they were coated properly and save my money for something else.

    I bought both because I was in the same dilema. I went for an Alisports intercooler which wasnt cheap but I do notice a difference once my mate tweaked the pump. I bought a TMax winch and it performs well at pulling massive trees off the road at least.

    I replaced mine last year and they were one piece, I had galvanised mine and wished I hadn't as they got a little warped and were not easy to fit without a large agricultural adjustment tool :(

    I have just completed my swap over and it took 9 months and a lot more than I planned to spend to be honest. But I did a complete rebuild which meant galvanised bulkhead too. I replaced all the nuts and bolts, bushes track rod ends the lot but came out good in the end I think.
