Just an observation, but last Sunday I had a play on Salisbury Plain. Xfer box working a treat, nice and smooth when engaging lever. Now, 6 inches of snow yesterday and sub zero temps and suddenly it was a pig to engage. Could it be that water has got in when I was wading and mixed with the oil...

Just had mine cut out thinking they weren't too bad. They were awful! Much worse than I expected so as the others say, go the whole hog as your sills are unlikely to be peachy
