What sort of solar panel do you have, I was trying to work out what sort of wattage would be a useful size, I kind of guesstimated something like a 60W panel would charge up a battery even if there wasn't any contribution from the alternator... (given a 100ahc battery at 50% discharge) Would...

I think there will be a lot more being released soon, as the MOD moves away from LR in favour of vehicles which can better support the weaponry and communications equipment, which is a shame, or a blessing, depending on which way you see it.

That's a great idea, especially the curtains behind the seats to keep the front area looking normal while camping, but also while it's being used for normal thing too.

I'm thinking that if I put things into storage boxes (that seem to be everywhere on FB Marketplace at the moment) I could stack them and re-arrange them easier than things in a draw, especially with moving things in and out... As long as the platform is high enough for them to fit underneath...

Yeah, I was looking at the MOLLE window covers somewhere else, and I can't help thinking that custom cut ones would still be cheaper... Especially as I would be looking to cover the rear door window and the two smaller ones too, as well as two rear sliding ones, so 3 large and 2 small ones...

I saw a new old stock defender that had been sat in a field for 15 years before being released by the MOD, was probably cheap for what it was, but more than I wanted to spend, especially as it had a bit or work to do as a water had obviously taken it's toll over the years.

Can anyone share the correct wire colours for the lighting circuits, you don't want to be swapping out the loom for random colours, as you'd hate yourself later on when you have a different issue :/

Awesome, thanks... Yeah, I was looking at the side locker situation, and thinking that they could be simply fitted out with something to make them more usable, and potentially more secure... A compressor, that's a good shout! I guess some thought would have to be given to waterproofing it...
