well im going to spend some time tracing the wires,maybe fit them to a switch with a delay timer relay

could anyone throw some light on this,i have noticed a drip or two of transmission oil coming from the bottom of the switch,is the switch repairable or is it time to get a new one??

the sump on mine gav is the alloy one and it has 2 rubber bungs at the rear of it to access the flexplate bolts,but on my mates 97 model v8 it has a thin steel access plate that can be removed to access the flexplate.

it might be a case of find a breakers and get them to cut out the section you need and then go to a good coachworks to get it fitted properly.
