    get the ones from island 4x4,it is the complete top half kit,had mine fitted for 9months now with know probs,rimmers are an expensive company anyway,but most after market kits are around £70+ from independant automotive shops,make sure you get new head bolts or arp head studs

    like gav said,top it up in the morning bleed it through and keep a close eye on it,hopefully just something simple like a faulty expansion tank cap or partially blocked rad,but keep us informed

    the sump on mine gav is the alloy one and it has 2 rubber bungs at the rear of it to access the flexplate bolts,but on my mates 97 model v8 it has a thin steel access plate that can be removed to access the flexplate.
