As long as the ground is slippy enough to let the wheels spin a bit it won't wind the transfer box up running in diff lock . we pull the shoot trailer 4 or 5 miles down a muddy track and the 90 is in diff all the way down and back . just try not to stamp on the go pedal too hard and shell be fine

Try moving the pump timing through the plate on the timing case . you have nothing to loose but the low oil pressure is a bad sign . cheapest way will be find a disco engine and swap parts over

Yea just a standard 24 spline diff casing . soon as I can I will get parts off and take some pics . had to start using the 90 for normal duties on the farm due to the clutch going in the 110 after 30k . not impressed

You can buy helicoil kits off eBay for little money and they are quick and easy to use

Yea its still in a diff that's still in a running truck . 110 clutch went so we've been using the 90 that has all the gear on
