you could have a faulty plug, not clicked on the coils / lead properly? Maybe check cylinder 8 plug/coil/lead? Maybe swap coil over from another one and see if the fault moves, same with spark plug. ?? Best of luck

I have just seen that LUCAS now offer a lifetime guarantee. Links the battery to your car (reg number needed) and you. So you only need one battery for as long as you own that vehicle... Just a thought...

yep... you need to have a look at the stat... nothing else first.

How long have you had it? It maybe running with a modified always open stat to mask a problem. Time to have a look at the thermostat I think. When I had issues, only the genuine LR state did the job. I fitted Datatek fan mod also and the vehicle was so much better. I hope you tell us you have...

I would think to put some silver foil over the front grill. No way its going to warm up in a 2 mile run.
