if you have a tow bar, simply jack on the drop plate, but you'll need rock sliders or aditional jacking points on a bullbar or steering guard to jack it anywahere else. You can jack it on the bumpers, but you stand a chance of bending the bumpers, so only do it to get yourself out of difficulty...

depends what I'm doing; either a hi lift/farm jack jacking up either on the towbar or steering guard jack points and then with axle stands under the chassis rails if I want to lift the body up to get underneath, or a simple 2 tonne trolley jack with a block of wood under the diff/axle and then...
