I think its fair to say that Urban Panzers D2 is probably one of the best examples in the world !!. I know thats a bold statement, but when you consider how its been maintained and all the top notch gear on it, and not mention the galvanised chassis.

I agree aswell. Its back to normal as the air filter dries out fairly quickly with all the air the engine needs getting sucked through it. Genuine filters are tolerant to moisture unlike cheaper paper ones. And as has been already said, dont go charging through standing water.

Buy a cheap set of ebay and fit them. Mine have been working fine for years !. I also reconfigured a proper D2 reversing sensor binnacle switch so I can turn them off when towing.

I think hes talking about a body swap. But I also know a farmer that fitted a 200tdi engine to a D2 body/chassis.

As hinted above. The cap should " blow off " at 1.4bar. If the cap is faulty excess pressure will not be released and find any weak points in the cooling system. I wonder if your underlying over pressurisation is HG related ?.

Get the front end up as high a possible. Try back bleedin from the front brake.

The diff lock selector yoke moves on a shaft under spring tension when the selector spigot is turned. So you are not actually forcing the diffs to lock. If the diff teeth arnt lined up, the lock ring " waits " under the spring tension untill they are aligned and then the locking ring movs...

Yep !!. A very common cause of leaking. The rear door needs pulling in at the top by adjusting the top hinge.
