HP pressure check again ??? The LP is certainly fine now. HP loom is evidently a weakness.

So you have the correct pressure now. Looks like the sensor is responding OK and shows higher pressure. Only other thing I can think of is a bad wire to the hp sensor. There is a replacement loom but you can check the resistance from sensor back to the engine ecu. Nothing else left !!

Worth repeating the lp sensor voltage tests to see if it is telling the truth now the pressure is correct.

That's really annoying. Did you clean the connections on the hp fuel rail pressure sensor and the lp one?

My experience is working original stat when up to temp is halfway, so vertical. Stat stuck open is about 1/4. Stat mod puts it back to 1/2.

In UK about same price as pump. Comes with pipes and bits you don't need !! Hope pump resolves issue. Good luck

Part is WKW 000081 and is complete with pipe. I'd put my money on the pump but obviously it is your money and your call !!

should be 5V at PIN 1, PIN 2 should be 0V, and PIN 3 at idle should be approximately 4.3V, and when the low fuel line pressure increases the voltage output should increase from 4.3V to just under 5V So yours is reading low pressure which we know. It could be pump low pressure or the sensor not...

It is explained in the attachment. You need to measure voltage on the pins with the sensor plugged into the wiring loom.
