Hi guys, can anyone tell me if there is a solid flywheel kit available for the Td5? mine has packed in, new clutch going in on monday, but fancy a solid flywheel if they are available. Rick.

For what it's worth, I sold my 300tdi today, 190,000miles, 12 month mot and tax, £1250. Got myself a Td5 last weekend.

You will need a small screwdriver, probably a pozi, Follow the cable from the fridge to the socket in the wall, remove plug, then look at the pointy side of the plug. remove the screw in the middle, remove plastic cover, look inside and you should find a cylindrical thing, probably with 13A...

LOL Guess it must have been.

EGR removed, Cat removed, Centre box removed, new discs, wheel bearings, metal brake pipes, 265 BFG's fitted, bumper circumsized, steering guard fitted......... OK, so I accept the pic dosen't show that lot too well......

Tarantula, read the signature........ it was completely standard when I bought it. now has steering guard fitted, and 2"lift kit ordered.

X2 for Monte Carlo Blue, definetly my favourite landrover colour. was trying to find a Disco2 in that colour, ended up buying a RR L322.

Replaced front wheel bearings, discs, pads, metal brake pipes. Oh, and fitted a steering guard.

This is mine, as purchased, And now,

Q1, Yes, spray it on everything!, be careful where you park it for the next day or so, as it will drip off a bit. Q2, sorry, cant help you there, sure someone better qualified than me can tho...

Hi Guys, I need to lift my Disco 1, to clear the new tyres I have fitted, are spring spacers a really bad idea, should I just do it right with a lift kit? Advice from those who know is appreciated. P.S, Dont really fancy a body lift. :behindsofa:

Nice one mate, My 300tdi has been locked up in a shed since april, going to see the light of day again next weekend hopefully, mot long expired, on sorn, (it's my winter time toy) Cant wait to get the old girl back in action.

How many is too many? Looking at buying a TD5 Disco, an early one, and it has well documented dealer history, but has starship miles. So is 100k too high? 200k? 250k? Where would you draw the line......
