Try changing the relay. Just because it clicks it does not mean contacts are making. Alternativeley check with volt meter supply in and out, Good luck. Remember a relay is just a variant of a basic switch

Its just laminated glass that they bond to the sides of your landy.

May sound stupid but is your throttle opening fully. Mine wasnt tis now. Difference unbelievable :doh:

Blocked off all of my rad today with carboard. Temparature guage showing vertical 12 o clock on motorway and around town. Heater much warmer. Have a Kenlowe fan fitted which did not switch on. Checked rad hoses Much warmer. Only problem engine running on slightly 1-2 seconds. Could this be related?
