True. I have proper MAF cleaner. The one thats failed was an old second hand one off a scrapper that was covered in sh*te. Cleaned it put on and have cleaned it twice when changing air filter so confident it has finally died. Will try a clean but don't hope for much this time. The diesel ones...

Well whats blooming happening. Out and about visiting today and massive loss of power going up slopes and hills. Me thinks back to this happening before and unplugged MAF sensor restarted and away we went. Looks like another new sensor needed. Ha well that can wait til new year. Merry Christmas...

Dam been out this evening and SRS come on after driving but goes off when stops and restarts then comes back on after about a mile or so. Will try that connector under dash drivers side

I like the sound of doing that. Do you have a bit more info please like which resistor and which wires

SRS and air bag warning now gone. Uncoupled connector under drivers seat , sprayed with electric spray . For now all gone :D

Ask VOSA the always manage to dip a tank when after red diesel :D

Everything is tight so new seal needed. New kit should be here tomorrow

many years ago thats where I had it once before. Also the connector under the panel below steering wheel

B*ll*cks hit a very large pothole tonight. SRS warning light on and airbag fault in message centre. Will put diagnostics on tomorrow and see if it gives me any pointers where to look
