Lucky a garage will take it on. The local garage said no, and a mates mate who works for JRL said £800 on the drive if it goes well. I just did it myself, dead easy.
Nice looking truck. Don’t lose faith the team on here know these things inside out. Top tip, don’t ignore the advice. Good luck getting home and invest in a Nanocom if you can. If you can wait a bit I’m in South Lincs and can plug mine in to help you understand the faults.
I’m a useless mechanic. I bought the tools, the parts latex gloves, plus gas, map torch and it cost me about £200. Admittedly they were really rusted in, watch the videos, listen to the tips on here and it’s a doddle.

Brake update. Plenty of air in the system and the fluid was a caramel colour. All changed including a replacement Wabco abs sensor on the front left albeit a repurposed rear cable. I also rubbed down and resprayed the rear bumper.
