    overdrive not working?

    how do new fella here in need of some advice...i was on the motorway last night and noticed that the autobox did not drop into overdrive. the car had not been used for a few days and had a flat battery so charged it then started no prob went out in it and no overdrive any ideas. thanks tronda...
