when you change the pump you have to change the electric thermostat.they are a major issue on the m62 engine. i do advise waiting till you done the pump before driving car again. its not a bad job changing the pump. i done mine in 3 hours.

no dipped beam could be as simple as both bulbs blown, it does happen. but the control arms on the steering column both share the same earth, that could be loose.

mine does that every now and again, i found normally after going over loose stones gravel type surfaces, found that stones was in the back plate. good whack with foot or hand normally sorts it

there is a complete front end, grilles and rear lights like mine on the bay, 1200 or best offer. only the side vents differ from mine. its off a 2007 supercharged.... soon have it painted and fitted mate.

you need brackets for the front and sides of front bumper. it should come in the kit. not sure about the light wiring, but i know a smart arse that will work it out , whilst i paint his bumper lol

tell him to check the spark plugs, mine made an awful noise, i though i had done a camshaft or a follower, it was just one spark plug slightly loose. as in a quater of a turn, and the engine was so quiet. m62 engine is fairly bullet proof but has its little tantrums. as for the oil use, who says...
