    Here’s to the next local landy project ! This time a series 1 109 truck, first registered to Sir Alfred McAlpine in 1959 spent all its life in North Wales so another tick in the box. Does need some work though…. New chassis, new bulkhead and some T cut…..

    Today’s tinkering consisted of fitting the rear roof liner. Looking ok few creases in the vinyl around the alpine window cut outs but all in all I’m pleased.     Yes original seat sliders and bases cleaned and painted, had a few welds to do to get them working as they should but apart from that they look as good as new

    Headliner vinyl re glued today, very happy with how it’s turned out. Will leave it overnight before fitting it tomorrow. Before and after pics what a difference a bit of bleach and scrubbing does
