think I have figured it out had a quick look and I reckon that I have put the injector banks on the wrong way too which they came off going too take it all off on Friday and put back together and try again

hi pete it's a zavoli lpg system, on a thor v8 d2 I recon on pressure as I have bled the coolent so no air locks and the pipes to the vap are hot, I routed them the same way they went in before through the heater matrix at the bulk head but there again I have cool air not hot coming from the...

right just putting my d2 v8 thor back together replacing the ht leads as I go as there a pain to change from the back of engine once back in place, I have found on d2 work shop manual the sequence on the dizzy what is the the positions from 1 to 8 on the spark plugs please I should of nade note...

hi matt sounds like power steering pump is not happy and lower linkage wear, I had a similer problem replaced lower steering linkage with a bearmac replacement and used wyns power steering conditioner for the pump all noises gone

im just half way through doing valley gasket, whilst in bits im doing rocker cover gaskets new ht leads as its easier whilst the injector top is off and a good all rd clean up new pipes for the lpg unit as they arnt looking too clever

going too change rocker cover gaskets and give the covers a lick of paint what size socket is needed to take them out and do I need heat resistant paint to spray them

well its out, the rear 2 valleys have rust around them, looks like this has been changed before and not done properly as it's a comp gasket I have taken out

well strted too strip dpwn the engine too get too the valley pan, managed too remove the thor unit off the top , Bit of a struggle as the LPG pipes were stuffed every where going too tidy the route of them up when refitting, what is the easiest way too remove the injection rails with out going...

got the gasket composite one in the end didn't read the post in time regading the seals and got **** part ones from rimmers so will have too source others going to do rocker cover gaskets as there on there way out whilst under there going too start this week end

Looking for a set of 4 poss 5 alloys and tyres for my d2 need too have good tread,i have 16 inch on at the moment looking for larger alloys 17s pluss

right I have found out where the leak has been coming from and its a corroded valley pan gasket, got one on order ready too be fitted any tips on changing cheers Rich

just got towed in the missis on way too work managed too boil over my v8 disco, I have popped the bonnet and found the bleed screw had worked its way out and drained the system under pressure where and what are the best type of hose to replace cheers Rich
