Wow, who knew my petrol motorbike with a crit air 4 sticker in the screen is actually a diesel!
Crit air is to do with emissions. Look at your V5 for co² g/km and cross reference it. If there is no figure then you will probably be crit air 4.
You can carefully use a bottle jack and length of wood between the chassis rails to gently ease apart the chassis rails so the crossmember falls out.
Any dents in the crossmember are probably caused by driving over hidden rocks.
I put a simple steel plate bolted to the inner wing mount to shield the clutch pipe....

Maybe it's been sprayed Trident Green straight over a blue colour.
Does the Series temp gauge need a different sensor in the engine?
I know if you put a disco 200tdi in place of a 2.5n/a the gauge reads very hot unless you swap out the sensor.
