    Eas ???

Any Diaphragm from eBay will do the trick. Official LR part number is STC1803

    Eas ???

I would check the Diaphragm inside the Valve block. When you look at your valve block, you will notice that it consists out of three metal parts. The Diaphragm can be found between the 2 metal parts that are on top of eachother. Diaphragm is probably cracked, causing the air from the compressor...

    Eas ???

Hi, Just to have some more info: - Was it a new compressor or did you rebuilt it? - Further, did you also overhaul the valve block? - Did you check for (major) leaks in your air springs? Regards, Goswin

    EAS leak somewhere

If the airbags look allright (no crack on the bottom!), I would look into the valve block, most likely a dryed o-ring or cracked diaphragm. The Range should (at least) be 1 day/night on the standard ride level. If not, than there is a leak. Find the leak, otherwise the compressor has to...

    air suspension

It happens often that air springs are being replaced too late... If you wait too long with this replacement, your compressor has to work to hard. Resulting in a worn out compressor. Unfortunately the D2 compressors can not be cheaply fixed (yet), so the only solution is buying a new one. But...

    E.A.S. in freezing weather

Hi guys, I just noticed this post and the concern about the seals... First let me explain some seal-history :) - The standard yellow seal (and every yellow replica of it) is made of Teflon. - the grey seals are made of Ecoflon2. Ecoflon is a certain mix of Glassfibre and Teflon Both...

    eas playing up again!

sometimes it is just a bad connection from the airline and (mainly) the rear airsprings. The connection of these rear airsprings is pretty tight and when it is not connected properly, you will loose a lot of air. And, indeed, when the car takes a long time to rise, your compressor needs to be...

    Susupension. p38

Conserning your EAS Suspension behavior... check the Diaphragm in your valve block. This is probably cracked and that is the reason why air from the spare-tank goes into valve block / airsprings when you do not want it... Bye, G

remove ecu fault display when air suspension conversion has taken place

Yip, you should read the faults inside the ECU. It will probably tell you that the pump isn't giving (enough) compression... That is also the reason why you are manually pumping up the airsprings... Revision kits for this pump are available at low cost. Regards from the Netherlands, Goswin
