nope you cut the chassis ;) no loop hole trust me ;) you cannot shorten or lenghten a chassis and keep your original number plate, been looking into this myself. its like a mine field, read the highlighted section of text again, thinking ' i cut 12" of mi chassis'

lift pump?, looking from the front its on the left hand side rear, you will see a pipe coming from the rear of the landy and one going to the fuel filter attached to it. Held in with 2 bolts.
