    Colour coded bumpers

I actually went to have a look at an mx5 last week. It was just around the corner from me. I have always likes them so took this one for a test drive. If drove great but it sure did feel low and small felt a bit vulnerable really so let it go. :( the one dream car ruined.

    04 HSE Stalk controls

Ok, so you are trying to fit the adapter to the vehicle radio loom. The harmon system might need a completely different adapter if that is the case. Go to the autoleads website and see if they have something simlar to your car loom plugs.

    04 HSE Stalk controls

Hi I think you need a "patch lead" to go with it. I just bought a pioneer unit and that unit requires a the small phono jack. For example autoleads patch lead part no for a Sony is pc29-Sony.

Who on here just change their lower ball joint?.

I have a ball joint splitter so hopefully be able to put that into use. Ill start spraying wd40 on to it now and perhaps next weekend or when ever it will ease out. I got a Delphi make ball joint, I think they are better that brittle part.

Who on here just change their lower ball joint?.

Can you do all this without have to take the wishbone off or hub. My idea is, take off wheel undo ball joint nut separate ball joint from housing then grind off the three rivets.

As above I read that someone change the lower ball joint but I can't not find it now that I need it. I just want to ask a few questions about the job before I go about mine. Marty

What have you done to your Freelander today

Thanks nodge. Track rod ends are new and the knock was there before change over. So maybe arn links/bush? Or lower ball joint. The lower ball joint is the one that is bolted to the wish bone yeah?. So it is only that bit which needs changing and not the whole thing.
