one of the first mods i did was to do away with the bull bars ( stupidly heavy ) then removed the centre valance by taking the bumper off and cut the corners off with a grinder - also removed the plastic piece the number plate is mounted on as this still hinders clearence a little - been off...

Hi chaps just replacing the swivels & bearings etc and seem to be having some problems - I have bought new swivels & pin bearings - the problem is huge amounts of play in the bottom pin bearing but none whatsoever on the top - it has all been put back together correctly so im a little confused...

I think the steering wheel nut is 30mm but dont hold me to it !

once the nuts loosened stick yur feet in the footwell & pull like hell - leave the nut on a few turns to avoid smashing yur own face in with the steering wheel lol

Tbh - the first job is to check the output of the alternator, until you do that its really hard to diagnose - try & borrow or buy a multimeter - sounds like alternator or dead cell in battery to me. Have you tried swapping the battery with one you know is good ? this is where i would start if...
