V8s have to much grunt theyd shred them in no time. Id rathet change a uj on a prop than a doughnut so 200 or v8 prop all the way

They made the wrong choice when the changed to the rubber doughnut in my opinion. Id source a 200 tdi rear prop and 4 bolt flange and seal then change it. Better in the long run.

Angle grind a slit in outer sleeve and get wd40 in itl free up off the heat from grinder

Have u check3d the intrior light is in the on position or on the middle selection on the switch to open when door is open. Have you checked for power coming to it. Does the boot light come on when boots opened

Are you getting any vibration at speed could be a prop uj. Or cv joint

Prop obviously wasnt tigtened up properly and has fell off.

On further inspection its the power steering pump so a brand new 1 has been fitted so fingers crossed its ok now

It drove like brand new for few days then toniht got in it to go work and it sounded ruff so got mate to turn wheel y i checked and it defi coming from box when turned to right.

Is 8t likely to be the box then as that where the sound is coming from. I 4t maybe pump but its defo the box and with 8t being a recon box it should be all good.

Fitted a recon box to my 96 disco bled it via the resovoir and thru the bleed nipple on top box. Ran fine for few days now its making a noise when turning right. No leaks no loss of fluid do i bleed it again now its bin run in a bit
