Just checked the fly wheel through a small inspection hole near the side of the block its no got teeth like people say it has a grove with holes drilled in every couple of centermeters and a line for tdc and at this point the gap is different so that rules that out too must be a crank issue

running out of options !!! it must be mechanical looks like i will check the fly wheel teeth then strip of the front end uggghhhh but before i do that i need some data thats bound to point me in the right direction, any recommendations if i invest ?

pin 1 cam sensor earth good pin 3 pos good can find were pin 2 goes i have probed every ecu pin no signal its a blue wire

Continuity pin 2 sensor to pin 20 ECM. Cannot find pin 20 ecm Obviously it bottom row second connector but its not there in the connector doesn't look like its dropped could this be a revision? can you please check its pin 20 again thanks !!
