That does not look too bad. Chassis will be fine with a good clean and prime n’ paint. Are you keeping it mechanically original with regards the engine.

Take a look on the stalking directory. Vehicles n’ parts for sale on that too so you might find something that could do your job or something that would give you an idea too.

Some folk think sozzys come from Tesco. Bull bars a good idea. I shoot too and the inside of the motor turns into a hole if you stick your clients in the back…and basil brush whiffs a bit too 👍
