    Bulkhead alignment issues.

I cant understand why the tub or bulkhead height have much to do with it if its too far backwards. How much are we talking at the top ?

    Bulkhead alignment issues.

Any chance of a pic, it sounds like you may be saying its leaning forward at the top by the roof ? That's the only place I can think it would be able to move any on its own ? What's moving when you remove the straps ? Is it galvanised ? could it have warped ? did you compare it to your old one ?

    110 Project

Looks good, love the rear door.... freaky gear stick knobs :), afraid it will never legally be tax exempt. To be registered as heritage it needs to be original, the engine swap will be in breach of that. https://www.gov.uk/historic-vehicles Although re-reading that I may be talking utter...

    Potential problems scrap or fix

So many questions and so little information ? Who gave you the quote ? What did they say ? They clearly looked at it more than anyone here has and know more than you do. What is the voltage on the battery ? Can you charge it ? clearly a battery charged will start easier than a battery flat...

Kwik Fit say no-no to MoTs on classic?

I couldn't get tracking on a classic as it wasn't on their drop down for the machine. Its fine I had the manual, doesn't work like that the chap said.... if we cant select it we cant do it.

    Other Deep water

That is ruddy weird..... I get it if its something like they haven't put their bin out perhaps not ring their doorbell at 1am, but pretty sure EVERY person would be understanding if someone spent 20 mins knocking on every door to warn them.

    Leaning Defender camper

Genuine LR springs have a slightly longer spring on the drivers side to take into account the driver interestingly enough, what is he keeping in his cupboards elephants ? Probably having such an uneven weight distribution is likely to cause other issues as well.
